On March 31, 2021, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the change of name of Internal Audit Board into Internal Audit Committee under the Board of Directors.

2)      Approving the resignation of member of the Internal Audit Board, including:

-          Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Nguyet:           Head of Internal Audit Board

-          Mr. Vo Hoang Tu:                              member of Internal Audit Board

-          Mr. To Minh Tai:                                member of Internal Audit Board.

3)      Approving the appointment of member of the Internal Audit Committee, including:

-          Mr. Tran Trong Gia Vinh:                  Chairman of Internal Audit Committee

-          Mrs. Tran Thi Huong:                         member of Internal Audit Committee

-          Mr. Le Quang Phuc:                           member of Internal Audit Committee.
