The Board resolution dated March 30, 2021, the BOD of Cuu Long Fish Joint Stock Company approved to establish the Audit Internal Board as follows:

1)      Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thuy Hang:      Head of Audit Internal Board

2)      Mr. Le Huu Ly:                             member of Audit Internal Board

3)      Mr. Nguyen Tan Toi:                    member of Audit Internal Board.
