The Board of Directors of Ha Do Group Joint Stock Company decided to cancel the second public offering of bonds with the total issue value at par value of VND40 billion because the Company will use the owner’s capital to finance raise the charter capital of Agrita – Quang Nam Energy Joint Stock Company.
