Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank announced the resolution of 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) dated March 24, 2021 as follows:

Article 1: The AGM approved the report of the BOD and the BOS:

1.1.The AGM approved the report of the Board of Directors.

1.2.The AGM approved the audited financial statements in 2020.

1.3.The AGM approved to distributed the 2020 additional fund

1.4. The AGM approved to increase charter capital in 2021:

Charter capital before increasing: VND11,093,878,520,000

Charter capital after increasing: VND15,531,429,930,000.

1.5.The AGM approved the report of the Supervisory Board.

Article 2: This resolution shall take effect from the date of signing.
