-          Company name: Lop Hoc Moi Education Joint Stock Company

-          Head office address: Floor 3^rd, Five Star Building, No.02 Kim Giang, Kim Giang Ward, Thanh Xuan District, Hanioi.

-          Charter capital: 10,000,000,000 dongs, equivalent to 1,000,000 shares (ADG contributed 950,000 shares, equivalent to VND 9,500,000,000, accounting for 95% charter capital of Lop Hoc Moi Education Joint Stock Company

-          To appoint Mr. Nguyen Khanh Trinh as the representative of contributed capital of Clever Group Corporation in Lop Hoc Moi Education Joint Stock Company.
