The Board resolution dated March 19, 2021, the BOD of Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company approved to contribute capital for establishing Hal Invest Joint Stock Company. Details are as follows:

-          Head office address: Nhon Hoi Economy Area, Phu Hau Hamlet, Cat Tien Commune, Phu Cat District, Binh Dinh Province.

-          Charter capital: 100,000,000,000 dongs (HID contributed 40,000,000,000 dongs, accounting for 40% charter capital of Hal Invest.

-          To appoint Mr. Nguyen Viet Dung as the representative of contributed capital of Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company in Hal Invest Joint Stock Company.
