On March 16, 2021, Vincom Retail Joint Stock Company issued a decision to approve the personnel change as follows:

1)      Approving the resignation of Mrs. Tran Thu Hien as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company from March 16, 2021.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mrs. Pham Thi Thu Hien as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company to replace Mrs. Tran Thu Hien from March 16, 2021.
