 The payment for the second phase of 2020 cash dividend

Dividend pay-out ratio:           10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

Payment date:                          April 20, 2021

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Lam Dong Minerals and Building Materials Joint Stock Company as from April 20, 2021.
