On March 12, 2021, Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation announces the selling of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 6,274,950 shares

- Number of shares registered to sell: 6,274,950 shares

- Purpose: to supplement working capital.

- Expected trading period: from March 24, 2021 to April 22, 2021

- Trading method: Order matching or put through.
