On March 12, the Board of Directors of Bao Viet Holdings approved a plan for convening the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-          Meeting time (estimated): no later than June 30, 2021

-          Meeting venue: in Ha Noi.

-          Meeting contents:

• Report on business performance in 2020 and business plan for 2021;
• Reports on the audited consolidated and separate financial statements in 2020;
• Report of the Board of Directors;
• Report of the Board of Supervisors;
• Report on the remuneration in 2020 and remuneration plan for 2021 for the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors of Bao Viet Holdings;
• Document on profit distribution;
• Proposal for the amendment of the Company’s Charter;
• Other issues.
