Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp has explained the business result in 2020 as follows:

The Company’s profit after tax in 2020 was 1.4 times higher than that of 2019, specifically:

-          Profit after tax of 2020: 1,222,683,556,391 dongs

-          Profit after tax of 2019:    872,606,119,833 dongs.

Due to the following reasons:

a)      In 2019, the company’s profit recorded was recognized from the transfer and handing over to customers of some of the project's products: Land plots at Bau Ca project in Quang Ngai city and land in subdivision 4 belongs to Nhon Hoi eco-tourism urban area, Binh Dinh province.

b)      In 2020, the Company handed over to customers all the lands at the project of subdivision 2 and a part of the low-rise area of subdivision 9 project in Nhon Hoi eco-tourism urban area, Binh Dinh province.

Therefore, the company’s profit after tax of 2020 increased by 40% compared to the same period of last year, mainly from the revenue of the land plots handed over in the project of subdivision 2 and subdivision 9 in the tourist urban area of Nhon Hoi, pacify the province.
