1)      Approving the record date to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021:

-          Record date: March 25, 2021

-          Meeting time: expected in April 2021.

-          Meeting venue: Notice later.

-          Content:

• Report on the BOD activities in 2020 and plan for 2021;
• Report on the business result in 2020 and business plan in 2021;
• Report from the Supervisory Board in 2020 and plan for 2021;
• Other issues.

2)      Approving the time to pay first cash dividend for 2020:

-          Record date: March 25, 2021

-          Exercise ratio: 10%/share (1,000 dongs/share)

-          Payment date: according to the VSD regulation.
