-          Address: LK 28, Hang Dieu 1 Street, ward 10, Vung Tau city, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province, Viet Nam

-          Registered charter capital: VND1,000,000,000,000.

-          Capital amount contributed by SGT: VND169,900,000,000.

-          Capital contribution ratio by SGT: 16.99% of the new company.
