1)      Approving the record date to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021:

-          Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-          Meeting time: April 27, 2021.

2)      Approving the time to pay first cash dividend for 2020:

-          Record date: March 18, 2021

-          Exercise ratio: 15%/share

-          Payment date: March 30, 2021.
