According to the written resolution of the general meeting of shareholders dated February 19, 2021, shareholders of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company (OGC) approved to terminate the investment cooperation and to divest from Park Construction Project, Dieu Hoa Lake in Tay Nam Urban Area, Ha Noi City. The proceeds will be used to refund the money that Than Dong International Education JSC transferred to Ocean Group JSC according to the principle contract dated February 24, 2014 among Ocean Group JSC, VNT Co., Ltd., Ocean Thang Long Investment JSC and Than Dong International Education JSC.
