According to the Board resolution dated February 18, 2021, the Board of Directors of Clever Group Corporation approved to adjust the investment plan in cMetric, as follows:

-          Adjusting the plan for receiving shares transferred from cMetric’s existing shareholders: After completing the transfer, Clever Group Corporation will own 73.33% of cMetric’s charter capital, instead of 60%.
