The Board resolution dated February 08, 2021, the BOD of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation approved to cooperate with Sai Gon – Hai Phong Industrial zone Joint Stock Company and Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation to establish Long An Development Invest Joint Stock Company. Details are as follows:

-          Short name: Long An DIC

-          Address: lot 6A, Street No.3, Tan Duc Industrial zone, Duc Hoa Ha Commune, Duc Hoa District, Long An Province, Vietnam.

-          Charter capital: VND 1,500,000,000,000 (KBC contributed VND 540,000,000,000, equivalent to 36% charter capital of Long An DIC.

-          To appoint Mr. Dang Thanh Tam as the representative of contributed capital of KBC in Long An DIC.
