Tan Cang Logistics and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company received the decision of the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City dated February 09, 2021 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

- Penalty for false declaration: 61,688,128 dongs

- Corporate income tax arrears: 300,406,293dongs

- Value added tax arrears: 8,034,347 dongs

- Late payment: 26,448,174 dongs.
