1)      The Board resolution dated July 01, 2020, the BOD approved to receive the transfer of 2,016,000 shares of Hoang Quan Mekong Corporation, equivalent to 6.3% charter capital.

2)      The Board resolution dated July 01, 2020, the BOD approved to receive the transfer of 16,000,000 shares of Hoang Quan Can Tho Investment Real Estate Joint Stock Company, equivalent to 16% charter capital.

3)      The Board resolution dated December 26, 2020, the BOD approved to receive the transfer of 6,146,519 shares of Binh Thuan – Hoang Quan Consulting, Trading, Real Estate Joint Stock Company, equivalent to 19% charter capital.
