1)      Approving the result of the offering of unsold shares until 12/06/2021:

-          Offering volume: 70,000,000 shares

-          Distributed volume: 70,000,000 shares; Of which:

+  Bought Volume: 69,999,999 shares

+ Fractional shares, unsold shares: 01 share

-          Total shares after the issuance: 100,000,000 shares; Of which:

+ Number of outstanding shares: 100,000,000 shares

+ Number of treasury shares: 0 share.

2)      Approving the change of Business Registration Certificate, amendment of the company’s charter with new charter capital of VND1,000,000,000,000.
