Kosy Joint Stock Company announces the result of the transfer of shares in subsidiaries according to the policy that approved by the Board resolution dated December 24, 2021 with details as follows:

1) Giavico Energy Development and Investment Joint Stock Company: On December 28, 2021, Kosy Joint Stock Company completed the transfer of 6,175,000 shares in Giavico Energy Development and Investment Joint Stock Company.

2) Tay Bac Power Investment Development Joint Stock Company: On December 28, 2021, Kosy Joint Stock Company completed the transfer of 12,350,000 shares in Tay

3) KPT Vietnam Joint Stock Company: On December 28, 2021, Kosy Joint Stock Company completed the transfer of 1,625,000 shares in KPT Vietnam Joint Stock Company.

4) Kosy Lao Cai Joint Stock Company: On December 28, 2021, Kosy Joint Stock Company completed the transfer of 403,000 shares in Kosy Lao Cai Joint Stock Company.
