On December 20, the Board of Members of VIX Securities Joint Stock Company (VIX) approved the agreements on bond issuance advisory with GELEX Group Joint Stock Company; including:

-          An advisory agreement for a private placement of bonds with the total issue par value of VND1,000 billion;

-          An advisory agreement for a private placement of bonds with the total issue par value of VND500 billion;

-          A securities depository agent agreement.
