On December 24, the Board of Directors of Phuc Hung Holdings Construction JSC approved the policy on transferring the contributed capital in Van Phu Urban Investment Co., Ltd. as follows:

-          Transfer value: VND10,500,000,00, equivalent to 35% of Van Phu Urban Investment Co., Ltd.

-          Receiver: NACICO Joint Stock Company

-          Trading time: before December 31, 2021

-          Owning ratio in Van Phu Urban Investment Co., Ltd. after the transfer:

• NACICO Joint Stock Company contributes VND15,000,000,000, or 50% of charter capital;
• Phuc Hung Holdings Construction JSC contributes VND15,000,000,000, or 50% of charter capital.
