Purpose                                   for the payment for the first phase 2021 dividend in cash    

Dividend pay-out ratio:          3% of charter capital (VND300/ share)

Payment date:                          January 21, 2022       

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Hoa An Joint Stock Company as from January 21, 2022.
