Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company announces the record date for the second phase of 2021 dividend payment:

Record date:                           January 11, 2022

Purpose                                   for the payment for the second phase of 2021 dividend in cash       

Dividend pay-out ratio:          14% of charter capital (VND1,400/ share)

Payment date:                          February 25, 2022     

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company as from February 25, 2022 .

 

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
