The Board of Directors of Kosy Joint Stock Company approved the results of issuing shares to exchange with shareholders of of Hydropower Investment Construction Consulting JSC (short name: TVX.,JSC). Accordingly, the number of exchanged shares is 51,450,000 shares, accounting for 100% of the registered offering volume. These shares were distributed to 03 local investors, including Mr. Nguyen Viet Cuong, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hang and LEO REGULUS Investment JSC.
