On November 25, 2021, the BOD of Ba Ria Thermal Power Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting 2021 with the following contents:

1)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Phan Thanh Xuan as member of BOD.

2)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Dinh Tuan Anh as member of the Supervisory Board.

3)      Approving the additional election of Mrs. Do Thi Le Tran as member of the Supervisory Board for the term 2017 – 2022.
