HOSE announces the record date for the dividend payment of Nam Viet Joint Stock Company:

Ex-right date:                         December 17, 2021   

Record date:                           December 20, 2021

Purpose                                   for the payment for the 2020 and first phase of 2021 dividend in cash       

Dividend pay-out ratio:           17%/ par value (VND1,700/ share), in which:

-          The 2020 dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-          The first phase of 2021 dividend pay-out ratio: 7%/ par value (VND700/ share),

Payment date:                          December 30, 2021   

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Nam Viet Joint Stock Company as from December 30, 2021.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
