On December 07, the Board of Directors of Louis Capital Joint Stock Company approved to sell a part of stake at DAP - VINACHEM Joint Stock Company (Upcom: DDV), as follows:

- Current owning volume: 7,350,000 shares

- Estimated selling volume: 4,850,000 shares

- Selling value (at par value): VND48,500,000,000.

- Owning volume after trading: 2,500,000 shares

- Purpose: to restructure portfolio.
