The BOD of Lam Son Sugar Joint Stock Corporation announced contents as follows:

1)      The BOD approved the election result of the BOD:

-          Le Van Tan – Chairman of the BOD

-          Le Trung Thanh – Deputy Chairman of the BOD

-          Le Thi Hue – member.

2)      The BOD approved the appointment of Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Anh as Secretary.

3)      The BOD approved the appointment of Ms. Le Huy Hung as Head of the Supervisory Board.

4)      The BOD approved the election result of the Senior management:

-          Le Van Phuong – CEO

-          Le Van Quang – Deputy CEO

-          Nguyen Duy Thanh - Deputy CEO

-          Le Ba Chieu - Deputy CEO

-          Nguye Xuan Lam - Deputy CEO

-          Pham Ngoc Quy - Deputy CEO.
