The Board resolution dated November 22, 2021, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Joint Stock Company approved to hold the Extraordinary General Meeting 2022 as follows:

-          Record date: December 13, 2021

-          Meeting date: expected in January 10, 2022

-          Meeting venue: due to the outbreak Covid-19 pandemic, so the company will choose one of the following two forms:

• (i) Direct meeting (estimated): Melia Hotel, 44B Ly Thuong Kiet, Tran Hung Dao Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Ha Noi. Or
• (ii) online meeting: will be noticed later.

• The additional election of member of BOD;
• Approving the amendment, supplement of the company’s charter, regulation on the BOD activities, the internal regulation on Corporate Governance (if any);
