On November 23, 2021, MCG Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company issued a decision to approve the personnel change with details as follows:
1) Approving the appointment of Mr. Tran Hai Anh – member of BOD as Person in charge of Corporate Governance cum Secretary of the Compay.
2) Approving the appointment of Mr. Pham Hong Sang as Person in charge of the Internal Audit under the Board of Directors of the Company.
