On October 28, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the report dated October 07, 2021 by Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation regarding the results of private placement and a document dated October 28, 2021 explaining the late disclosure.

On October 11, 2021, HOSE received an announcement of change of outstanding voting shares.

Pursuant to Circular 96/2020/TT-BTC dated November 16, 2020 by the Ministry of Finance on the regulations on information disclosure in the stock market, and Decree No.155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2021, Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation was slow to announce the results of private placement and the change of outstanding voting shares. Therefore, HOSE requested Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation to comply with the regulations on the disclosure of information in the stock market.
