The Board resolution dated November 15, 2021, the BOD of Kien Giang Construction Investment Consultancy Group approved the policy to withdraw all contributed capital in CIC Dat Moi Company Limited, including:

-          The contributed capital that CKG directly owns: VND120,780,000,000, equivalent to 99% of charter capital of CIC Dat Moi Company Limited

-          The contributed capital that CKG indirectly owns through CIC Phu Quoc Construction Investment Company Limited: VND1,220,000,000, equivalent to 01% of charter capital of CIC Dat Moi Company Limited.

-          Reason: to restructure its investment portfolio.
