On November 10, the Board of Directors of Hong Ha Food Investment Development Joint Stock Company approved the additional investment in Ngoc Lac Xanh Agricultural Products Joint Stock Company in the issuance of shares to existing shareholders.

- Target company: Ngoc Lac Xanh Agricultural Products JSC

- Current charter capital: VND55 billion

- Expected charter capital after the issuance of shares: VND110 billion (exercise ratio: 1:1)

- Expected buying volume: 2,500,000 shares

- Buying price: VND10,000/share

- Total buying value: VND25 billion

- Total owning volume after trading: 5,000,000 shares (45.45% of Ngoc Lac Xanh Agricultural Product JSC)

- Trading time: according to the issuance plan and the payment time announced by Ngoc Lac Xanh Agricultural Products JSC.
