The Board resolution dated November 05, 2021, the BOD of Sao Mai Group Corporation approved the plan for stock issuance to pay dividends for 2019 and 2020 with details as follows:

-             Stock name: Sao Mai Group Corporation

-             Stock type: common share

-             Stock code: ASM

-             Par value: VND10,000/share

-             Number of outstanding voting shares: 258,867,849 shares

-             Number of shares expected to be issued: 77,660,354 shares

-             Total value (at par value): VND776,603,540,000

-             Issuance ratio: 30% (100:30) (Those who own 100 shares will be received 30 new shares).

-             Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares will be cancelled.

-             For example: At the record date, the shareholder A owns 102 shares. With performing ratio 30%, the shareholder A will receive 102*30%= 30.6 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 30 new shares and the fractional shares of 0.6 share will be cancelled.

-             Time of implementation: after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC)

-             Transfer restriction: none.
