-             Stock name: Euro Capital Securities JSC

-             Stock type: common share

-             Par value: VND10,000/share

-             Number of shares issued: 20,000,000 shares

-             Number of outstanding voting shares: 20,000,000 shares

-             Number of shares registered to offer: 20,000,000 shares

-             Expected offering price: VND10,000/share

-             Time of implementation: 2021, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

-             Capital mount need to be mobilized: VND200,000,000,000

-             Exercise ratio: 1:1 (Those who own 01 share will be entitled to receive 01 new share)

-             The rights should be transferred only once

-             Transfer restriction: none

-             Plan to deal with unsold shares: the unsold shares (if any) will be distributed by the Board of Directors to other investors with the selling price of VND10,000/share. These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering.
