The Board of Directors of Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Corporation approved to pay for the first phase of 2021 dividend in cash:

- Record date: October 21, 2021

- Payment date: November 18, 2021

- Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND500/ share)

- Exercise ratio: 1:1 (01 share – 01 vote)
