The Board resolution dated October 04, 2021, the BOD of An Phat Bioplastics Joint Stock Company approved to buy shares of Vinh Plastic & Bags JSC (VBC) with details as follows:

-          Owning volume before the purchase: 750,000 shares

-          Additional volume (estimated): 1,867,490 shares, equivalent to 24.90% of charter capital.

-          Buying form: to buy shares from An Phat Holdings Joint Stock Company (APH) and other shareholders

-          Time of implementation: expected in October 2021

-          Owning volume after the purchase (estimated): 2,617,490 shares, accounting for 34.90% of charter capital.
