The Board resolution dated October 22, 2021, the Board of Directors of Nam Viet Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1) Approving to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021:

- Record date: November 11, 2021

- Meeting date: expected in December 06, 2021

- Meeting venue: 18F Tang Nhon Phu, Phuoc Long B Ward, Thu Duc, Hochiminh.

2) Approving the selection of AFC Vietnam Auditing Company Limited as the auditor for the financial statements in 2021.
