-          Approving the appointment of Ms. Pham Thi Xuan Huong as the authorized information disclosure staff in 05 years as from October 22, 2021.

-          Approving the appointment of Mr. Le Van Son  as Chairman of the BOD in the term 2121 - 2026 as from October 22, 2021.

-          Approving the appointment of Ms. Kieu Thi Minh Hong as Head of the Supervisory Board in the term 2121 - 2026 as from October 22, 2021.
