On October 12, the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) approved to offer a syndicated loan to Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company (HOSE: NKG). Accordingly, BIDV – Phu Nhuan Branch was allowed to use the draft of the syndicated loan agreement in the syndication agreements with BIDC – Ha Noi Branch, BIDC – Ho Chi Minh and Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB) to provide funds for Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company.
