The Board resolution dated October 13, 2021, the Board of Directors of F.I.T Group Joint Stock Company approved the following issues::

1)      Approving to raise its charter capital from VND2,547,302,470,000 to VND2,627,302,470,000.

2)      Approving the additional election of Mr. Nguyen Van Sang as Legal Representative of the Company.
