1)      Meeting date:

-          The first meeting: November 04, 2021;

-          The second meeting: December 04, 2021 (if the first meeting is not successful);

-          The third meeting: December 24, 2021 (if the second meeting is not successful).

2)      Meeting form: virtual meeting. The shareholder's login account and password will be notified by email by the Company.
