The Board resolution dated October 08, 2021, the BOD of Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      To increase its charter capital from VND5,200,346,670,000 to VND5,977,730,480,000 (equivalent to 597,773,048 shares) due to the stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity.

2)      To amend its charter with new charter capital.
