The Board resolution dated October 07, 2021, the Board of Directors of Viet First Securities Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the result of public offering and private placement of shares:

-          Stock name: Viet First Securities Joint Stock Company

-          Stock type: common share

-          Issuance price: VND10,000/share

-          Expected issuance volume: 39,250,000 shares; Of which:

+ Public offering: 10,250,000 shares;

+ Private placement: 29,000,000 shares.

-          Purpose: to increase capital for the company’s business activities.

-          Total shares distributed: 39,250,000 shares, accounting for 100% of total shares to be issued

-          Total value of issuance: VND392,500,000,000

-          Charter capital after the issuance: VND802,500,000,000.

2)      Approving the amendment of the company’s charter with new charter capital:

-          Old charter capital: VND410,000,000,000, equivalent to 41,000,000 shares

-          New charter capital: VND802,500,000,000, equivalent to 80,250,000 shares.
