The Board resolution dated October 11, 2021, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Corporation approved to adjust the content to the transfer of rights to buy shares at the Board resolution dated October 06, 2021 as follows:

Before adjusting	After adjusting
- Time for rights transference: from November 02, 2021 to December 01, 2021	- Time for rights transference: from November 02, 2021 to November 24, 2021
- The rights should be transferred only once.	- The rights should be transferred only once.
