The Board resolution dated October 08, 2021, the BOD of Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      To increase its charter capital from VND2,711,751,880,000 to VND3,037,155,260,000 (equivalent to 303,715,526 shares) due to the stock issuance to pay dividend, stock issuance under ESOP and public offering.

2)      To amend its charter with new charter capital.
