1)      Approving the appointment of Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Hanh as a memebr of the BOD.

2)      Approving the reappointment of Mr. Phan Thanh Binh as CEO.

3)      Approving to set up representative office in Thanh Hoa:

-          Name of representative office: Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company - Representative office in Thanh Hoa.

-          Head of the representative office: Nguyen Van Linh

4)      Approving investment in Gavi JSC.
