On December 28, 2020, Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury stock before trading: 259,810 shares

- Number of registered shares to buy: 9,800 shares

- Purpose: to repurchase ESOP shares as treasury shares.

- Expected trading period: from January 08, 2021 to January 12, 2021.

- Trading method: to recover and transfer ownership to Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company.

- Recovering price: as the par value.
